  • Any planned absence for medical appointments etc must be notified by phone or email in advance to the Sixth Form Administrator via 01373 469014 by a parent/carer.

Dress code

Although there is no uniform requirement for Sixth Form students and you may wear clothes of your own choosing, it is crucial that you understand that clothing should be suitable for the working environment and must not interfere with your core aim of learning and achieving.

It is our expectation that all Sixth Form students will act as role models to our younger students, as ambassadors to the community, locally and nationally and to dress accordingly. To this end, clothing which could cause offence to others (by wording, imagery or being too revealing, for example, very short shorts or skirts, cropped or excessively low tops and beachwear) is not permitted.

The judgement of the Sixth form team will be final.
